The following is a check-list of things to do before sending in your watch for repair:
1. Fully describe the problem(s) you are having with your watch. 2. Be sure to include your name, address and daytime phone number in the package. 3. Be sure to include $12.50 shipping and handling along with the cost of parts if any. 4. Always insure the package for the full value of the watch in case of loss in transit. This also makes tracking possible. 5. Pack your watch securely in padded wrapping material (i.e. bubble wrap). This will protect against shock or damage in transit. 6. DO NOT ship the watch in the gift box you may have received. The box may not be returned. The gift box adds weight (and expense) to the package.
