How long wiil it take to get my watch back from the service center?
Your watch will be returned within 10 business days from day of receipt. Please be sure to include proper payment to avoid delay. Please send a check or money order payable to gino franco. DO NOT SEND CASH.
Do you accept credit card payments for repair services?
Yes, we accept most major credit cards as well as checks and money orders.
Can you send to me an instruction booklet for my watch?
We will be happy to provide you with an instruction booklet for your watch. Simply provide us with the style number of the watch and a complete mailing address.
Can you remove links from or add links to my watch?
We will be happy to remove links from your watch free of charge. Send us your watch along with how many links you would like removed. Please be sure to include name, address, daytime phone number and $12.50 for shipping and handling. There is a $3.00 charge per link added to your watch. Be sure to specify how many links you would like added to your watch and include the 12.50 for shipping and handling fees. Be sure to properly pack and insure your watch when shipping.
I can't find the gino franco watch I want in stores. Can I order it directly?
If you know the model number of the watch we will try to locate a store in your area that carries it. If there is no store and you can not find the watch in our online store, we will be happy to ship to you directly. will even try to locate past season's styles.
